The challenge

Lounge&Co aimed to revamp their website to create a modern, user-friendly, and easy-to-use platform. The redesign was focused on making it simple to add new products and updates while providing a smooth browsing experience for visitors. The goal was to create an intuitive and engaging digital space that effectively showcases the company's furniture offerings.

As the Head of Design for Lounge&Co's new website and digital ID, my role was to lead the design team and oversee the creation of a cohesive visual identity for the brand across all digital channels. I was responsible for ideating the new digital ID and ensuring it aligned with my company's values and goals, while also meeting the needs of the target audience. My involvement included collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, conducting research and analysis to inform the design process, and overseeing the implementation of the new digital ID across the website and other digital assets.

By minimising the number of clicks and steps required to complete a purchase, the interface provides a streamlined and hassle-free shopping experience, allowing customers to complete their purchase quickly and efficiently, so that they can focus on the most important part, buying furniture they love.
